Project Coordinator

Pergola UAE is a leading provider of custom outdoor structures, specializing in aluminum, steel, and glass works across residential and commercial sectors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, fabrication, site teams, and client stakeholders. This role is key to maintaining timelines, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules, site activities, and team communication.
• Track project progress through reports, checklists, and handover documentation
• Liaise with engineers, draftsmen, and site supervisors to ensure alignment
• Manage approvals for samples, lighting, and design changes
• Attend client and contractor meetings; document MOM and follow-ups
• Support fabrication workflows including drawings, markings, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including correspondence, approvals, drawings, revisions, site records, and updated logs to ensure full traceability and smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum, steel, or glass industry is preferred (Candidates without UAE experience are welcome to apply.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or other relevant field)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with site supervision, technical documentation, and client coordination

• Salary Package 4,000 - 5,000 depending on experience and overall competency
