Project Coordinator

Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE market, with façade experience mandatory

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of façade projects (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum systems). The role involves coordination between internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for façade works
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Prepare and manage project documentation (drawings, submittals, reports)
• Coordinate material submittals, approvals, and deliveries
• Follow up on shop drawings and design approvals
• Assist in planning and scheduling of façade activities
• Liaise with consultants and clients for project updates and approvals
• Monitor site progress and report delays or issues
• Ensure coordination between design, procurement, and site execution teams
• Maintain proper documentation and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / related field
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in façade projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Curtain wall systems
• Aluminum & glazing works
• Cladding systems (ACP, unitized, stick system)
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical documents
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with project coordination tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with façade contractors or aluminum companies
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
