Project Coordinator

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Account Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and maximize client value.
  • Solution Development: Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with key clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking account performance, identifying trends, and providing regular updates to management.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensuring clients are satisfied with the products, services, and support they receive.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per hour
