Project Coordinator

Job description:

Carroll Seating Company is looking for an experienced construction Project Coordinator to handle the day-to-day project administrative duties including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below. The ideal candidate will have construction coordination or administrative experience, be detail oriented, be able to communicate with our project team efficiently and not be afraid to jump in to help get things done when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Phones & handle mail and shipping needs
  • Maintain & order office and breakroom supplies
  • Handle incoming Bid Invitations – Download documents and prep files for Estimating Department
  • Assist Sales and Project Team with the day to day requirements of project needs
  • Process Contracts and Change Orders
  • Process and Maintain all Project Paperwork and Electronic Files
  • Request Insurance and Bonds per Contract Requirements (Internally)
  • Maintain our CRM system (via Purchasing, Change Order Requests, etc.)
  • Freight Coordination
  • Maintain Sample Library
  • Compile Project Closeout Documents

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Construction Industry experience
  • Some Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Must be Proactive and able to prioritize tasks
  • Self-driven to complete tasks based on a timeline
  • Able to manage time appropriately
  • Able to efficiently multi-task
  • Must be a Teamplayer
  • Must be a good problem solver

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
