We are a growing company looking for someone with a basic accounting/administrative background that will help assist project managers with various tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
· New Projects:
o Gathering information for internally setting up new projects.
o Updating various logs internally.
o Assisting with collecting all documentation requested from general contractors.
o Providing the completed documentation to general contractors.
· Monthly Billings:
o Communicating with project managers to collect documentation.
o Assisting with completing the required documentation from general contractors.
o Providing the completed documentation to general contractors.
· Other various tasks:
o Assist in coordinating material to the field for specific projects.
o Assist in gathering information from the field for billings.
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail
· Maintain confidentiality regarding customer, client and employee information
· The ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
· Must be able to work individually and in a team.
· QuickBooks is a plus but not required
· Strong Excel user
· Work a lot with numbers
· Need to be extremely organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
