We are seeking a Project Coordinator who is more than just a task-manager. We need a strategic thinker to sit at the center of our project lifecycles, ensuring that our vision in the office translates perfectly to execution in the field.

Your Mission: Precision & Integration

• Project Lifecyle Management: Assist Project Managers in defining scope, setting milestones, and tracking deliverables from inception to handover.
• Resource Synchronization: Coordinate between internal technical teams, external subcontractors, and high-profile clients to ensure everyone is moving in the same direction.
• Documentation Mastery: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including schedules, blueprints, change orders, and compliance certificates.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project bottlenecks or budget variances early, providing creative solutions to keep us on track and under budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a polished and professional point of contact for our partners, providing clear and concise progress updates.

What You Bring to the West Bay Team

• The Coordinator’s DNA: 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, specifically within the construction, IT security, or engineering sectors in Qatar.
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira) and the MS Office Suite.
• Linguistic Professionalism: Exceptional command of English. Proficiency in French or Arabic is a significant advantage given our international footprint.
• Local Expertise: A deep understanding of Qatari regulatory standards and business etiquette.
• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
