Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project activities. The role involves coordinating with Sales and Operations teams for project follow-up, consolidating inputs from multiple departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales), preparing reports, and developing professional presentations (PPTs) for management.


Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Follow-up

  • Coordinate project activities through Sales and Operations teams / Follow up with Supply Chain , Finance , CCD .
  • Prepare Purchase Requests
  • Follow up regularly with Sales & Operations teams to track deliverables and updates
  • Monitor project milestones, timelines, and action items
  • Escalate delays or risks through the appropriate channels

Reporting & Data Management

  • Collect and consolidate data from Sales and Operations teams , integrating inputs from Finance and Supply Chain as needed
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, reports
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor project performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Presentation & Documentation

  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for management reviews
  • Create clear and visually effective summaries of project status and insights
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up summaries
  • Support executive reporting requirements

Process Support

  • Assist in improving reporting and coordination workflows
  • Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and formats
  • Support project planning and execution activities


Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or similar roles

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint presentation development
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus)
