About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our company in managing ongoing projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized and interested in building a career in project management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project records, documentation, and project-related information.
- Manage and update tasks, timelines, and project activities in ClickUp.
- Attend client and internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up notes.
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with design, development, SEO, and marketing teams.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
- Identify delays, blockers, or risks and report them promptly.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good at English verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in coordinating with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus.
