Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our company in managing ongoing projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized and interested in building a career in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project records, documentation, and project-related information.
  • Manage and update tasks, timelines, and project activities in ClickUp.
  • Attend client and internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up notes.
  • Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with design, development, SEO, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
  • Identify delays, blockers, or risks and report them promptly.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good at English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in coordinating with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
