Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, reports, schedules, and status updates.
- Perform technical writing for manuals, process documentation, and IT procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
- Track and report project progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor management activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards.
- Assist in adoption of project management tools, templates, and best practices.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the IT Project Management.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, BusinessAdministration, or related field (required).
Professional Certifications
- Project management certifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or Agile Fundamentals (preferred).
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT project coordination or support roles.
- Strong technical writing skills, with ability to produce clear, concise, and well structured documentation.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a multiculturalenvironment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and software project delivery frameworks is an advantage.
Pay: QAR11,600.00 - QAR12,600.00 per hour
