Job Description: Project Coordinator – 4D VDC (Virtual Design & Construction)

Position Overview

Project Coordinator – 4D VDC to manage cross-disciplinary project data communication, ensure accurate and timely updates to the 4D BIM application, and maintain alignment between site progress, dashboards, and digital reporting. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in construction management/project controls with hands-on data and digital tool skills, facilitating seamless integration of site information, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Project Data Communication:

Act as the primary data liaison between site teams, engineering disciplines, and digital/BIM managers.

Collect, validate, and communicate daily construction progress and site reports for all disciplines (Structure, Architecture, MEP, Facade, etc.).

Facilitate accurate and timely data flow from the site to the 4D application.

4D Application Management:

Update and maintain the 4D VDC platform with daily/weekly site progress entries, ensuring mapping and data are current for all work packages.

Monitor and enforce data integrity—check that all schedules, milestones, and model mappings reflect the actual site realities.

Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve data mismatches by coordinating with site, planning, and technical teams.

Dashboard & Reporting Integrity:

Regularly reconcile 4D dashboards, Power BI dashboards, and DPR (Daily Progress Report) visualizations with the latest approved site status.

Ensure that digital dashboards (Power BI, 4D visualizations) are aligned with stakeholder expectations and site-issued reports.

Raise flags and coordinate corrective action if digital dashboards and site data diverge.

Power BI Integration:

Support data integrations between the 4D application and Power BI dashboards.

Validate that data pipelines, report automation, and filters support accurate, real-time project reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
