Project Coordinator - Alchemy Architecture (AA)

Review, analyze, and coordinate all technical packages, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical discrepancies.

Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely submission of design and technical documentation.
-
Maintain version control and proper documentation of all technical drawings and design revisions.
-
Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and best practices throughout all project stages.
-
Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline communication and workflow.
-
Provide technical guidance and design-oriented feedback to support project delivery.
-
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and visual materials as required.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
-
8–10 years of proven experience in project coordination with a strong technical and design background.
-
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
-
Basic knowledge of 3ds Max (preferred).
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify design and technical inconsistencies.
-
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
