Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will manage administrative and operational tasks within the Contract and Project Department, ensuring smooth execution of project activities. This role involves coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for procurement, documentation, invoicing, and site-related requirements. The position supports the B2B department in delivering high-quality projects while ensuring compliance with budgets, specifications, and sustainability goals.

What You ll Do
* Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to obtain quotations aligned with project specifications and budgets.
* Review tender documents and prepare technical submittals as per project requirements.
* Prepare, submit, and monitor approvals of materials and drawing submittals to meet project timelines.
* Maintain and update project BOQs while monitoring procurement schedules.
* Prepare accurate customer quotations based on requirements and business objectives.
* Track and follow up on outstanding client payments.
* Support internal teams through the sales and project process to maximize business benefits.
* Contribute to Majid Al Futtaim s Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy through project delivery.
* Provide administrative support across all project phases, ensuring effective documentation and reporting.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar project coordination role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Professional proficiency in AutoCAD and practical site management experience.
* Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
