Responsibilities

Job Description

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across different teams and projects
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate for estimations and POC with delivery team
  
  

Good understanding about creating and checking proposal and contracts

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction project coordination or management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
