Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Liaise with relevant ministries for approvals and permits related to civil works.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) professionals, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, schedule timelines, and report on project status to management.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of technical and progress reports.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid UPDA certification in Qatar.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of documentation processes, ministry approvals, and inspection requirements.
• Experience in facilities management and MEP works is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for immediate joining.
