Project Coordinator Digital Marketing & E-commerce

We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and oversee daily Digital Marketing and eCommerce operations and projects. This role requires hands-on experience in eCommerce, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Job Details:

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily Digital Marketing and eCommerce operations across multiple platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Temu, etc.)
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Communicate clearly with management, marketing, and operations teams
• Follow up with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Manage product listings, uploads, and optimization workflows
• Monitor sales performance, orders, inventory, and fulfillment processes
• Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Identify operational issues and communicate solutions proactively
• Assist in launching new stores, products, and marketplaces
• Assist in social media content planning and content creation (posts, captions, ideas)
• Coordinate with graphic designers for product images, banners, and marketing creatives
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns and listings
• Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Commerce, or related field
• Proven experience in eCommerce operations or project coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (MUST HAVE)
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and onsite
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Digital Marketing and eCommerce operations
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Experience in multi-marketplace operations

Salary Range: 50,000 to 70,000
