About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Specialist Power Platform Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and will play a crucial role in strategizing, operationalizing, improving products, managing stakeholders, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize Power Platform solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and recommend Power Platform roadmaps that drive digital transformation and process automation.
• Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the platform capabilities remain competitive and innovative.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for Power Platform initiatives to measure business impact.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather strategic requirements and foster adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Operational

• Manage end-to-end Power Platform project delivery including planning, execution, and support.
• Develop and enforce governance policies and best practices for Power Platform usage across the organization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and security compliance issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and operational health.

People Management

• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops across teams.
• Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements.
• Foster a collaborative environment with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide feedback and support during peer code reviews and design walkthroughs.
• Promote agile practices and continuous improvement within the integration team.

Product/Process Improvement

• Continuously assess and optimize Power Platform applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and enhancement within business processes using Power Platform capabilities.
• Lead the adoption of new Power Platform features and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to drive iterative improvements in Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to innovate and customize Power Platform components.

Knowledge & Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as Power Platform Consultant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and data modeling principles.
• Experience with Power Platform connectors, APIs, and integration with third-party services.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integration.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with security roles, permissions, and compliance in Power Platform environments.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Work Timings: 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Work Mode: Full Time Onsite in KHI or Islamabad
