Role Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator – eCommerce to manage and coordinate daily eCommerce projects onsite. This role requires hands-on eCommerce experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Job Details:

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track eCommerce projects and daily operations
  • Work closely with management, tech, and operations teams
  • Monitor timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and performance data
  • Support general management and operational activities
  • Assist with company formation and administrative coordination when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Commerce, or related field
  • Must have proven eCommerce experience
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with tools and spreadsheets
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and onsite
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with project management tools
