Location: Nazimabad No. 3, Karachi
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Reporting To: Management
Transportation: Company-provided drop-off facility

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to support management in executing strategic initiatives and coordinating cross-functional projects. This role requires strong ownership, disciplined follow-ups, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership and coordinate with USA-based stakeholders, making strong communication skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure end-to-end execution
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external teams
• Maintain consistent follow-ups on deadlines and dependencies
• Prepare and manage project trackers, reports, and status updates
• Support management in planning and prioritization of initiatives
• Utilize AI and productivity tools to enhance efficiency
• Manage basic social media posting and scheduling
• Assist in content execution, including recording short videos when required
• Communicate professionally with international stakeholders
• Coordinate with partners or vendors as needed
• Identify execution risks and escalate proactively
• Support strategic and operational tasks as assigned

• Strong exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and related productivity tools)
• Tech-savvy with fast learning ability
• Excellent execution discipline and follow-up mindset
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills
• Good negotiation and communication abilities
• Confident working with senior leadership and international audiences

Communication Requirements (Mandatory)

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Clear and professional communication suitable for USA-based stakeholders

Education

• A Levels completed or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Marketing background preferred

Experience

• Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Exposure to USA-based clients or international coordination is a strong plus
• Internships, freelance work, or social media/coordination experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
