Job Title: Project Coordinator – Façade

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator – Façade to manage and coordinate façade projects from design through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of façade systems, project coordination experience, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Conduct technical evaluations and assist in selecting suitable façade systems.
• Coordinate design development, shop drawings, material submissions, and approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor installation progress and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support to project and installation teams.
• Identify project risks and coordinate corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare project reports and update management on project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in façade, aluminum, curtain wall, glazing, or cladding projects.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, fabrication processes, and site installation practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
• Experience in coordinating shop drawings, material approvals, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and construction standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with aluminum and glass façade systems.
• Experience working with façade contractors, consultants, or specialist subcontractors.
• Knowledge of curtain walls, skylights, louvers, ACP cladding, and glazing systems.
• GCC project experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
