Job Summary

Artisans Interiors is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our fit-out projects from planning to handover. The role requires strong coordination skills, documentation management, and the ability to follow up with consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

• Coordinate between design team, site team, suppliers, and clients.

• Prepare project reports, material tracking sheets, and weekly updates.

• Handle RFIs, material approvals, and site correspondence.

• Follow up on procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor timelines.

• Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.

• Support project manager in ensuring smooth site operations and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience as a Project Coordinator in fit-out or interiors.

• Experience with retail/F&B projects preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation.

• Available in Qatar with transferable visa.
