Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator (HVAC) – Lahore

Incotec Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and strong coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date records of all ongoing projects, including progress, timelines, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage project reports, trackers, and schedules, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
• Act as a liaison between sales, execution, accounts, and site teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor project milestones and highlight delays or issues to management.
• Assist in material tracking, delivery coordination, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits when required to monitor project progress and support execution teams.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding project billing, invoices, and financial tracking.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal project procedures.
• Support management with data analysis, summaries, and performance reports.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in the HVAC industry (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, AUTOCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
