We are hiring a Project Coordinator for our Dubai operations. The candidate should have experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or retail display projects and be able to handle coordination between design, production, and site teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily project activities and schedules.
  • Follow up with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Track materials, fabrication, and site progress.
  • Prepare progress updates and project reports.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and timeline standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of project flow from production to installation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and coordination tools.
  • Willing to relocate to Dubai (relocation cost covered by company).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
