Project Coordinator – Interior & Fit-Out Company (Driver’s License Required)

We are a growing interior design and fit-out company specializing in residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple interior and fit-out projects from initiation to handover
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and material deliveries
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work progress aligns with project plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Handle permits, approvals, and coordination with relevant authorities if required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project coordination and site operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel to project sites

  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with contractors and suppliers
  • Basic understanding of BOQs and cost tracking
