We are hiring a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The role involves coordinating timelines, documentation, communication, and project activities across site teams, suppliers, and clients. Candidates must have experience in interiors, fit-out, furniture, or joinery, with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Assist the Project Manager with daily project activities and follow-ups.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and site progress.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Schedule and follow up on site meetings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project trackers and documentation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Manage purchase requests and delivery schedules.
  • Organise drawings, BOQs, approvals, and related documents.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Client & Vendor Liaison

  • Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Follow up on design and material approvals.

General Support

  • Support procurement, logistics, and site teams as required.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality expectations.

Requirements

Education

  • No civil engineering degree required.
  • Relevant technical or vocational qualifications are an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture industries.
  • Experience must be interiors-focused, not civil-engineering-focused.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to read basic drawings; AutoCAD familiarity is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills

  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced project environment.

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location Type: Office-based with site visits as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
