Project Coordinator Internee

Location: Karachi

Timings: 11AM to 8PM

Skills Required:
Strong background in software testing
Knowledge of accounts systems, inventory systems, HRM systems, supply chain processes, and other business processes

Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, overseeing the successful delivery of projects by bridging the gap between clients and the development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in software testing, combined with a deep understanding of various business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Interact with clients to understand their project requirements and objectives.
Communication: Effectively communicate client requirements to the development team and ensure a clear understanding of expectations.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate with the development team to oversee project development, conduct thorough testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of project specifications, changes, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 6 months experience in required skills.
Knowledge of accounts systems, inventory systems, HRM systems, supply chain processes, and other business processes
Proven experience in project coordination or management
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
