Project Coordinator (Jeddah, SA)

Job Summary

Easy Parking is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to join
our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English skills, be proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and have a solid background in project
planning and coordination. This role requires a degree in Engineering or a related field and
strong analytical and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the COO in preparing documents for tenders, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementation plans, and project plans.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Track project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Analyze risks and opportunities related to project implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide administrative support to the COO, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and update project management tools and software.
• Conduct technical research and provide analytical support for project-related decisions.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/Business/Computing or a related field.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Tools.
• 2-6 years experience in project planning and coordination.
• Parking Operations & Management and ELV Systems experience is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and technical IT skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Arabic Language skills are preferred.

Salary Package Offered

• Total Package: SAR monthly (inclusive of Housing, Transportation and Other
• Vacation: Yearly 1 Month (with Salary and return Air Tickets to the place of Origin/Equivalent destination)
