Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of fire fighting system projects. The role ensures smooth communication between site, design, procurement, vendors, and clients while maintaining schedules, documentation, and compliance with fire safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in day-to-day coordination of fire fighting projects
- Coordinate with site engineers for work progress, manpower, and material requirements
- Track project schedules, daily/weekly progress, and follow up on targets
- Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering and delivery of materials
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and fire authorities for inspections and approvals
- Support testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and handover activities
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local fire norms, and safety procedures
- Prepare MOMs, progress reports, and internal coordination reports
- Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timelines and quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Graduate
- 2–3 years of experience in fire fighting or MEP projects
- Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project knowledge is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
