Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all project-related activities across the company, including MEP works and manufacturing operations. The Project Coordinator will support project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of MEP systems and manufacturing processes, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate and monitor all phases of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate activities between MEP works, manufacturing units, and other departments.

MEP & Manufacturing Oversight

  • Coordinate MEP-related activities including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical works.
  • Liaise with manufacturing teams to ensure production schedules align with project requirements.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as per project timelines.
  • Monitor installation, fabrication, and commissioning activities in coordination with engineers and supervisors.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and approvals.
  • Track variations, change orders, and project updates.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documents are properly filed and updated.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main coordination point between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of project requirements, changes, and deadlines.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure projects comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support implementation of quality control and HSE procedures on project sites and manufacturing facilities.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in implementing mitigation measures.

Cost & Resource Control

  • Assist in monitoring project costs and budgets.
  • Coordinate procurement activities in line with project needs.
  • Track material usage and manpower allocation to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in MEP works and/or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and project workflows.
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Arabic speaker is a Must

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documents.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
