Job Title: Project Coordinator – Smart Mobility Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE (with regional GCC project scope)

Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to drive the delivery of high-impact IT infrastructure and software projects related to Smart Parking, Toll Collection Platforms, and AI-powered Inspection Systems. This is a key role in executing smart mobility solutions across the GCC region, interfacing with public sector entities and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination and PMO activities for Smart Parking, Tolling, and Inspection platform deployments.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and technical requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee deployment of hardware such as ANPR, RFID, DSRC, barrier systems, mobile inspection units, and supporting software.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks; provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate vendor selection, technical testing, and procurement in line with project requirements.
• Maintain strong coordination with government stakeholders and municipal entities across the GCC.
• Customize platforms for regional compliance (rules, workflows, pricing, etc.).
• Liaise with engineering, QA, operations, and field service teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Uphold the company’s ISO-certified security and governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project coordination or management within the UAE or GCC.
• PMP, Prince2, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of Smart Mobility technologies: ANPR, RFID, DSRC, inspection platforms.
• Experience with AI-based enforcement, permit systems, or municipal traffic platforms is a strong asset.
• Strong stakeholder communication, reporting, and risk management skills.
• Prior work with public sector/municipal projects or PPP models is advantageous.

Preferred Attributes

• Based in the UAE with immediate availability.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable interpreting technical documentation (e.g., sensor specs, communication protocols).
• Familiarity with IT innovation-driven mobility ecosystem.
