Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support oil & refinery projects by coordinating technical activities along with administrative and documentation responsibilities. The role ensures smooth project execution through effective coordination between site teams, contractors, vendors, and head office while maintaining compliance with refinery and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination:
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate with engineering, site, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MOMs
- Track material deliveries, subcontractor activities, and site requirements
Administration & Documentation:
- Manage project documentation, drawings, and records
- Prepare official correspondence, letters, emails, and reports
- Maintain site administrative records, attendance, and leave data
- Coordinate staff mobilization/demobilization and site logistics
- Support basic cost tracking and petty cash records (if required)
Compliance & Safety Support:
- Ensure compliance with refinery rules, permits, and HSE procedures
- Assist in access passes, gate passes, and audit documentation
Required Qualifications:
- B-Tech / Diploma Holder in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in oil & refinery or oil & gas projects
- Strong administrative and site coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in refinery environments and follow strict safety protocols
- Time management and multitasking abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in refinery maintenance or shutdown projects
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
