Project Coordinator (Real Estate)

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience in overseeing residential and commercial real estate projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools e.g. Primavera or MS Project.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is an advantage.
