Project Coordinator – Recruitment Services

Job Title: Project Coordinator – Recruitment Services

Location: Etihad Town, Lahore

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Experience: 1–2 Years (Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and recruitment teams.
  • Manage interview schedules and candidate pipelines.
  • Track hiring progress and project timelines.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback effectively.
  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in recruitment or project coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
