Marketing Coordinator For Car Parking Projects

Job Summary

Easy Parking is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join

our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, is

proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and has a solid background in

branding, customer engagement, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans to promote on-street and off-street parking services.
• Design and implement targeted campaigns for corporate subscriptions, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to align with company goals and business development opportunities.
  
  

Customer Engagement & Brand Awareness

• Develop content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms to increase visibility of parking services.
• Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to identify needs and improve user experience.
• Organize community outreach and promotional events to enhance brand image.
  
  

Digital Marketing & Communication

• Manage website updates, digital advertising, and social media campaigns related to parking services.
• Monitor and analyze digital metrics (SEO, Google Ads, social media insights) to optimize campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for partnerships and tenders.
  
  

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities in the parking and mobility sector.
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, customer acquisition, and ROI.
• Assist in creating pricing strategies, customer packages, and commercial products for parking.
  
  

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with operations, sales, and business development teams to support new product launches and service enhancements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and media outlets for advertising and branding activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with corporate branding guidelines.
  
  

Qualification and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in transportation, parking, or facility management industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Saudi Arabia/Middle East Experience Preferred.
• Arabic Language skills are preferred.
  
  

Salary Package Offered

• Total Package: SAR 6,000– 8,000 per month (inclusive of housing, transportation, and other allowances).
• Vacation: 1 month annually (paid) with return air tickets to the place of origin or an equivalent destination.
