Project Coordinator – Sales

Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing internal team communication, and escalating matters to senior management when required. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a professional attitude to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal departments and teams.
  • Ensure timely coordination and execution of sales-related projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting records.
  • Escalate critical issues or project concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the sales team in client handling and operational coordination.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently during the shift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales coordination, or client management preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite in night shift timings.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
