Project Coordinator / site Engineer ( Sheet Metal works )

Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Sheet Metal (Sand which panel and Corrugated sheet) and steel structural projects. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across different project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
• Prepare, update, and track project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Support procurement processes by preparing material requests and tracking deliveries.
• Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
• Maintain proper records of project correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients Requirements
• Manages project budgets as required
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering/Diploma.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sheet Metal (Sand which panel and Corrugated sheet) and steel structural projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Preferred to Plant (Oil and Gas) experience candidates
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Qatar’s construction standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sheet Metal (Sand which panel and Corrugated sheet) : 5 years (Preferred)
• MS Project / Primavera P6: 4 years (Preferred)
• Oil and Gas: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
