Head – Cost Management with 20 + years of experience preferably in Healthcare or Hotel or Elite real estate projects with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project cycle budgeting and cost management which involves preparation of complete budget through out design and construction management life cycle . Ability to collaborate with the project stakeholders. The candidate must possess Interpersonal skills along with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Further, the candidate must have knowledge on Cost/ budget management tools. Worked with reputed organization.


The job description is as follows:


  1. Project life cycle: Develop comprehensive plans, for complete lifecycle of cost /budget management .Coordination with key stakeholders ( Internal & External) ensuring alignment with project goals.
  2. Cost Management : Should manage cost, end to end complete Project life cycle such as estimation , sufficiency of cost elements for all the respective discipline . Preparation of budget and cost to completion .Updates budget throughout life cycle of the project . Build data and manage analytics of cost data .
  3. Leadership: Lead and motivate teams and support staff. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  4. Resource Management: Co-ordinate and allocate resources, to ensure optimal project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that cost management work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectation.
  6. Safety Oversight: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on construction , promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  7. Contract Management: Oversee and administration contractual implication on budget for complete lifecycle.
  8. Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues and challenges that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  9. Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, review financial reports, and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  10. Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to provide updates on cost progress, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction of all stakeholders.
