Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Delivery Executive who will manage and oversee day-to-day work delivery for multiple clients across fashion operations.
This role is responsible for task tracking, workflow management, QC, error monitoring, and timely delivery — ensuring internal teams work cohesively and nothing slips through the cracks. You will ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Track all incoming tasks across clients and allocate them to the right team members.
  • Maintain daily progress dashboards for all client processes.
  • Monitor TATs (turnaround times) and ensure service-level commitments are met.
  • Follow up with teams to prevent delays or backlogs.

2. Accuracy & Quality Monitoring

  • Review completed work before sending it for client delivery.
  • Maintain an error log and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Track accuracy %, identify recurring issues, and work with teams to fix root causes.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with PLM/ERP teams, merchandising teams, imports/logistics teams, and ecommerce operations.
  • Support handovers and ensure all client requests are executed smoothly.
  • Escalate risks or bottlenecks early to management.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain trackers for each client: work intake, progress, completion, and rework.
  • Prepare weekly performance, productivity, and accuracy reports.
  • Maintain organized records on Google Drive, Sheets, Asana, or PLM systems.

5. Delivery Ownership

  • Act as the single point responsible for on-time, error-free delivery.
  • Ensure tasks like style master entries, PO/SO creation, SKU setup, PLM updates, QC uploads, invoice processing, and data verification are completed accurately.
  • Support internal teams by providing clear briefs, clarifications, and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or delivery roles (fashion background preferred).
  • Familiarity with processes like PLM/ERP updates, SKU creation, PO/SO workflows, QA/inspection tasks or imports documentation.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Proficient in Excel, Sheets, and documentation tools.
  • Experience with Asana, Airtable, PLM systems, ERP tools is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Operations, Commerce, or related fields.
