We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Software Project Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-track projects for our public service, emergency management and federal clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and an expert planner who thrives on owning the entire project lifecycle—from translating contract requirements into actionable plans to ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, internal teams, customers, and agency partners, driving communication, managing risks, and ensuring ultimate client satisfaction.
Field Operations & Remote Team Management: Lead and manage a remote team of field installers across the U.S. You will oversee all scheduling, logistics, and on-site hardware installation while serving as the team's primary point of contact for support and issue resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring project quality and timelines are met through remote tracking while fostering a strong, accountable team culture from a distance.

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package (Health, Vision, Dental and Group Life Insurance, 401K Plan, PTO, and Holiday Pay), a great team to work with and a mission that you can be part of that will absolutely make a difference. This position offers a fixed annual base salary, plus a commission plan. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$145,000 based on an individual's overall qualifications, experience, skill level, geography, expertise, and education/training at time of hire. Promotional and advancement opportunities are available to reach top pay. This pay range can be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Company and does not include variable, performance-based compensation which can be applicable. Commission earnings are variable, depending on sales performance against revenue quota and/or other sales objectives.
