Project Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Initiating design concepts, sketches, and 3D modeling (e.g., using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit).
• Client Collaboration: Conducting client interviews to define goals, scope, and, budget requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed, construction-ready, drawings and technical specifications.
• Project Coordination: Liaising with consultants, engineers, and contractors to maintain design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Analyzing design issues, managing change orders, and offering, creative solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Generally 3–5 years in a design-related role.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or BIM software.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and, creative visualization skills.
