About The Role

Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking a Project Director PMC Oil & Gas - Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a global engineering consultancy and work on their major iconic Oil and Gas project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers/area managers.
• Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded. Achieve or better the budgeted gross.
• Provide strong HSE leadership.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Strong track record in project management with similar EPC / PMC contractors in the oil/gas sector, with the last years as a Project Management/Director managing EPC/PMC projects of high value.
• Proven experience in execution of FEED/EPC contracts of offshore/onshore oil and gas/petrochemical and marine projects.
• Must have a BSc degree in an engineering subject; Masters / PMP is preferred.
