About the Role:

Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking and Project Director PMC Oil & Gas Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy and working on their major iconic Oil and Gas Project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers/area managers.
• To ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded. To achieve or better the budgeted gross.
• To provide strong HSE leadership.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Strong track record in project management with similar EPC / PMC contractors
• in oil/gas sector, out of which the last years must have been as a Project
• Management / Director managing an EPC/PMC projects of high value.
• Proven experience of execution of FEED/ EPC contracts of offshore/onshore Oil
• & Gas/Petrochemical and Marine Projects.
• Must have hold a BSc degree within an engineering subject
• Masters /PMP additional is preferred
