We are a reputed and fast-growing interior fit-out company in Dubai, delivering high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. With a strong portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to lead and oversee our project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion.

· Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.

· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.

· Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

· Review and approve project plans, technical submittals, and progress reports.

· Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

· Minimum 12–15 years of experience in the UAE fit-out industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.

· Proven track record of handling large-scale, high-end fit-out projects.

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent technical knowledge of fit-out works, finishes, materials, and local regulations.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
