Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Project Director with a strong background in pipeline engineering to lead and oversee major infrastructure projects in the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle management from concept to commissioning ensuring alignment with strategic goals, safety standards, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale pipeline engineering projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE functions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Oversee contractor and vendor management, ensuring quality and performance metrics are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety codes, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and project reviews to ensure continuous improvement and problem resolution.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in project execution, engineering solutions, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Pipeline Engineering.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in project management and pipeline infrastructure in oil & gas or energy industries.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of pipeline design, construction, and commissioning practices.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
