Project Director

I am currently recruiting for a Project Director to lead the delivery of a complex stadium development project in Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to take full responsibility for a landmark project, overseeing delivery from early-stage planning through to execution. The role requires an experienced Project Director with a strong track record delivering large-scale, complex developments, ideally within stadiums, arenas, or major sports infrastructure.

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery across all project phases. Candidates should be confident operating at a strategic level while maintaining oversight of programme, design coordination, and delivery performance.

Experience working on stadium projects is essential, and prior exposure to the Middle East would be beneficial, although not a prerequisite.

Salary: SAR 70,000 Plus Family Air Tickets + Visa
