Project Director

Job Overview

The Project Director leads end-to-end execution of complex projects, managing teams, stakeholders, and resources while mitigating risks to meet organizational goals. They report to executive leadership and drive profitability through performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project strategy, scope, timelines, and budgets, aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee project managers and multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor progress via KPIs, financials, and quality controls; report to clients and executives.
• Manage risks, compliance, and stakeholder relationships to resolve issues proactively.
• Optimize resources and implement cost-effective plans for on-time, high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years in project leadership, with 5+ as Director in relevant industries.
• Proven expertise in Qatar/Gulf regulations, stakeholder management, and large budgets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; Arabic proficiency a plus.

Pay: QAR242.00 - QAR273.00 per hour
