Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Director with a strong background in high-rise building construction to lead and oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all project phases, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, controlling budgets, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from planning through handover.
• Oversee project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project risks, contractual matters, and commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Staff.
• Review technical documents, reports, and construction methodologies.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
