1. Project Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.

  • Supervise all project stages; from design coordination and authority submissions to construction, testing, and final handover.

  • Act as the main point of escalation for project risks, scope changes, and budget deviations, providing strategic guidance and solutions.

  • Coordinate between engineering, creative, operations, and client teams to ensure clarity of communication and delivery alignment.

  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to summarize progress, performance, and outcomes.

2. Project Governance, Systems & Processes
  • Set up and continuously optimize project management processes and workflows, implementing structured systems through project management tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks covering reporting, risk management, and resource allocation.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project workflows, applying best practices and lessons learned to elevate performance and delivery standards.

3. Team Leadership & Development
  • Oversee and mentor the Project Manager and Project Coordinator, setting clear goals, reviewing performance, and ensuring team efficiency.

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within the Project Management team, emphasizing accountability, communication, and leadership development.

4. RFPs, Tenders & Contract Management
  • Oversee and evaluate RFPs and tenders from both technical and commercial perspectives, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with company standards.

  • Review and negotiate contracts to safeguard project and company interests.

  • Review and approve project schedules, technical submissions, and RFP/tender documentation to ensure compliance and readiness.

5. Financial Control & Cost Management
  • Monitor budget adherence and apply robust cost control measures to maintain financial discipline.

  • Approve payment certificates and ensure full transparency of financial reporting.

  • Certify subcontractor payments based on verified progress and deliverables, ensuring financial accuracy and fairness.

6. Vendor & Subcontractor Oversight
  • Oversee relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and external vendors to ensure adherence to Hypermedia s quality, safety, and performance standards.

  • Manage subcontractor onboarding, performance evaluations, and issue resolution to ensure timely, quality-driven project execution.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Authority Liaison
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all submissions to government and regulatory authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, permitting requirements, and internal QA/QC systems.

  • Proactively liaise with authorities to secure timely approvals, resolve issues, and maintain full regulatory alignment across all projects.
