Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Executive Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects or programs
- Ensure projects align with company objectives, client requirements, and contractual obligations
- Serve as the senior authority for major project decisions
Project Governance & Oversight
- Establish project execution plans, policies, and procedures
- Oversee Project Managers, Construction Managers, and senior site staff
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead high-level meetings, negotiations, and progress reviews
- Manage client expectations and resolve escalated issues or disputes
Financial & Commercial Management
- Oversee project budgets, cash flow, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Approve major expenditures, variations, and claims
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, and commercial risk
Planning & Schedule Control
- Ensure robust project planning, scheduling, and sequencing
- Review and approve baseline schedules and recovery plans
- Monitor progress and direct corrective actions when delays occur
Risk, Safety & Compliance
- Identify and manage project-level and program-level risks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety performance standards
Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control systems
- Approve inspections, testing plans, and final acceptance of works
Design & Technical Coordination
- Oversee coordination between design teams, consultants, and construction teams
- Ensure constructability, value engineering, and design compliance
- Approve major design changes and technical solutions
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Oversee procurement strategies and vendor selection
- Approve key suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor material availability, logistics, and supply chain risks
Change & Claims Management
- Review and approve change orders and contract variations
- Manage claims, disputes, and negotiations in coordination with legal teams
- Protect the company’s contractual and financial interests
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate project management and site leadership teams
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles impacting delivery
Reporting & Close-Out
- Provide regular progress, cost, and risk reports to executive management
- Ensure proper project close-out, commissioning, handover, and documentation
- Capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvement

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
