Job Title: Project Director / Construction Director

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Director / Construction Director to lead and oversee major construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Review and approve project reports, commercial matters, procurement plans, and project strategies.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction operations, contracts, project controls, and risk management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCC construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and high-value projects.
