Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for delivery of a FPSO EPC project (e.g., conversion/newbuild hull, topside modules, marine systems, utilities, integration, pre-commissioning/commissioning readiness) to achieve HSE, quality, schedule, cost, margin and client satisfaction objectives. Own the project execution strategy and governance, manage internal and external interfaces (client, class, vendors, subcontractors), and ensure disciplined risk and change control while driving predictable delivery and strong financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Policies, processes & procedures:

Develops and oversees the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of finance functional activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Budget/Financial

Prepares and recommends the department budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed.

Monitors the financial performance of the section against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Project Specific Responsibility:

Responsible for leading assigned project project including liaising with the client; coordinating and leading partners; supervising members of the project team and project managers; and overseeing project implementation.

Establish the Project Execution Plan (PEP), organization, governance cadence, decision gates, RACI and reporting aligned to contract and company standards.

Lead the integrated EPC delivery team across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Marine operations.

Set clear delivery priorities and standards; build a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the project.

Demonstrate leadership in making critical decisions, operating at a strategic and tactical level.

Receive regular reports from project managers or team leads. Thereafter, report directly to senior management and JV board.

Manage Engineering, Procurement, Construction and handover process with required quality within the allocated budget.

Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.

Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress.

Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.

Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

Managing risks to avoid delays, cost increase or reputational damage. Convert risks and treats to opportunities.

Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations governing the project.

Moving with the project team during execution phase from engineering office to construction site.

Ensure the design is safe and principles of ALARP and Safety in Design are adhered to.

Endure the project is executed to highest HSE standards.

Deliver the project within the allocated budget with required quality on time.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / marine engineering / Naval Architect or equivalent
Master’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience
15+ years in EPC/project delivery, with 8–10+ years leading mega-projects as Project Director/Project Manager.
Demonstrated delivery experience on FPSO EPC / conversions / offshore facilities, including topside integration and marine interfaces.
